Finding yourself
The key to relationship success is knowing and being happy in yourself.
During a transition or relocation, when you are finding your way,
issues such as self-image, weight management, assertiveness, feelings
of not belonging and limiting self-beliefs can prevent you from
reaching out to others as you would like, particularly in a
multi-cultural context. As an accompanying partner you may feel that
once your spouse and children have gone their separate ways in the
morning you have a huge empty void to fill - but what with? Many
studies have shown that the family’s well being is one of the keys to a
successful expatriation.
Perhaps you do not have the time to reflect on what you are really
looking for. Or do not have someone who can really listen to you,
objectively, and empathically. It can be hard letting go of others'
expectations.
In our sessions, you will feel supported while you explore which of
your perceptions is the real you. By looking deeper you acquire clarity
to your issues; get on track to expressing your personal values, needs
and talents.
